Embozene Tandem Microspheres
- Spherical – hydrogel, tightly calibrated, biocompatible, non-resorbable, coated with polymer Polyzene®-F, Insoluble in solvents.
- Microspheres have a variety of sizes suitable for embolization treatments.
- Opaque in color and 3 sizes, can deliver drugs (such as doxorubicin or irinotecan hydrochloride), for local, controlled, sustained dose elution to targeted tumor sites such as metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) after embolization.
- The microspheres are pre-loaded into the Syringe, with 2ml or 3ml.

Loading drug:
Microsphere sizes remain stable during drug loading and storage. Typical size change is less than 5%.

50 mg drug/ml microphere (doxorubicin-HCl powder or solution- irinotecan-HCl)
Loading drug time:
30-120 minutes, depending on the drug
