Interlock™ Coil – Fibered IDC™ Occlusion
- The Interlock – 35 Fibered IDC Occlusion System is indicated for obstructing or
reducing blood flow in the peripheral vasculature during embolization procedures. - Designed to provide precision and tight control with powerful embolization.
- Compatible with the 5F selective diagnostic catheter, the Interlock-35 with its large 0.035″ diameter and densely covered Dacron fiber system is particularly beneficial for large, proximal vessels.
- There is a hole on the introducer that allows hydration during the push and pull of the coil.
- The lead wire used to push the coils is made of Nitinol, to improve the resistance to kink when starting and withdrawing the coils.
- The luer lock is intended to facilitate hydration prior to occlusion.
- The Interlock -35 coil has a simple locking link connection between the push wire and the circuit breaker coil. When inside the catheter, the key is still held, when pushed out of the catheter, the connection will be released.
